Started out as just something to do to get in and stay in shape. Now I'm addicted to it. I lift weights 5 times a week.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling when I'm in the gym, it's like going somewhere to get away from stress and problems of everyday life. It makes me feel great I have felt so much better physically and mentally since I began working out. I love being in shape and working out has helped me be in the best shape of my life. It is a great feeling to go to the gym and have a great workout and leave and no you are going to look and feel better for it. It is great to do something you love to do, and get great benefits from it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think one of my biggest motivations is that when I was in middle school I was a pretty chunky kid and the other kids looked at me different for it. I started being active and lost all the weight and then wanted more after high school I wanted to gain muscle as well because I was 6'6" when I graduated and weighed 170. The day I started working out on a regular rutine I weighed 175 I now weigh 199. Keeping fat off and gaining muscle has been my motivation and my love for lifting wights/ being fit and healthy
