Thanks! Looks like your making some decent progress too! Don't sweat the minor weight fluctuations. When you first begin your body's trying to figure out what's happening to it. The scale can be awfully deceiving. Keep up with your measurements as they are much better indications. Keep up the good work!

Good luck with the diet. It does get a hell of a lot easier as it progresses and the results you see will make it easier too. Just be careful when you come off the diet and reintroduce the food slowly
