How I Started:
i start when i had 16 years old. I was very skinny boy and nobody want to help me, either the trainer that had the gym. I start reading men's health, searching for internet, try to learn all the important thing about bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I love the bodybuilding because i can look great and i can be healthly! And that is not only the thing, the bodybuilding change my stile of live for good, teaching me to have discipline in everything, even in my studies! and that is why i love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I wake up in the morning,tired of course, for kill me in the gym the day before and the first thing that i think is in all the thing that i want do in my life and how i can start, and the first thing that come in my mind is "start with the gym". After that, i go to the mirror and see me i start to think "i can be better than that guy".
BB Accomplishments:
Look the best that i can! With a low bodyfat (4-8%)!

Hey. Gracias en serio por todos los consejos. Te cuento estoy haciendo la rutina tal cual como me la recomendaste, tambien le comenté al entrenador del gim que me sentía estancado y que no crecía y me mandó hacer exactemente la misma rutina que me comentaste y me recomendó comer bastante más... y bueno ando en eso.

Y esta es más o menos mi rutina semanal. Siempre hago 4 ejercicios por músculo, 4 sets de 8 ó 12 repeticiones, dependiendo del peso. LUNES: PECHO MARTES: HOMBROS MIÉRCOLES: BRAZOS (BICEPS Y TRICEPS) JUEVES: ESPALDA VIERNES: PECHO Desde hace 1 mes y medio más o menos no estoy haciendo piernas, mi objetivo ahorita es aumentar el mi volumen de la cintura para arriba. Sobre mis hábitos no fumo, viernes y sábado a veces tomo, y se que no es lo más indicado, muchas veces es cerveza.

Hey. Gracias por la respuesta, lamentándolo mucho no había podido acceder al bodyspace y por lo tanto no habia podido responder. Debo montar la foto pronto. Aun no me he propuesto seriamente el limitar la ingesta de carbohidratos despues de las 4pm, pero al parecer debo hacerlo. Usualmente entreno 1 musculo al día salvo cuando ejercito triceps y biceps que los hago el mismo día, voy 5 días a la semana al gym.

Entreno aproximadamente 4 veces por semana desde hace 5 meses y medio. Soy delgado en forma, quiero aumentar de peso y definirme más. Como bastante, desayuno, almuerzo y ceno fuerte y entre comidas me tomo una merengada de whey-protein a la que le hecho aprox. 1 taza de avena pq si no quedo con hambre... Tomo a diario un multivitaminico y vitamina C y B Desde hace como 1 mes siento que no crezco casi...
