How I Started: i start when i have 16 years old. I was very skinny person and i start in a gym, alone, nobody wanted help me, either the trainer that have the gym. I start reading men's health, searching for internet, try to learn all the important thing about bodybuilding.
Why I Love It: I love the bodybuilding because i can look great and i can be healthly!
How I Stay Motivated: I wake up in the morning, and think in all the thing that i want do. My best motivation is see me in the mirror and see that guy in the mirror and i start thinking "i can be better than that guy".
BB Accomplishments: Look the best that i can!

three exercises for every abs zone - by zone do you mean upper, lowwer, and obliques? do you work all three zones each time you work your abs? i.e. six times a week?

wow you know what sucks, if your telling the truth in your measurements nd I know I am, then I am bigger than you. And we're the same hieght, but you look amazing man! Awesome chest...keep it up aye.
