I played football in highschool and thats how it really all started..but i didnt really care back then..but now that im older i just want to better myself
Why I Love It:
Well im a United States Marine and alot of the time when im not training im just sitting around bored. Lifting helps me to pass the time and it also helps me better myself by keeping me in shape and able to pass the PFT's.
How I Stay Motivated:
feeling the burn after every workout and also seeing the results

Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
because they can spot you and also give you tips and keep you from hurting yourself....also you can try heavier weights and not worry about it because you know they are there looking out

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i usually do 4 or 5 sets depending on the Workout
10,8,6,4 and sometimes 2 depending on the exercise
Man it is hard getting re motivated after a nice weekend off with my boys..it was my 21st birthday so i naturally had to go out and drink with them and had a blast :)....but now its time to slay my body in the gym :) but my muscles were so tight lol
sounds fun =) right now the weather is really nice but i don't think it's going to last. i hear it's going to get cold again =( there is so much touristy stuff to do up here, most of which i've never done haha.
