Starting week three of the T.E.G. guys 10 week size surge. Feeling some soreness and tightness, which is good. However workout are long and fatigue may be setting in.
Finished last cycle of power/reprange/shock seem to do better with 2 wks power/2wks reprange/1wk shock for my personal goal of size and strength. Starting 10 wk size surge routine monday(Iron Man POF fame)!

Wanting to and being serious enough to do what is required are two different things. If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
