Overall Goal: To hit 185 by february! I started back the creatine and glutamine and I hope to get some weight gainer and N.O. too. Im determined to get my weight up this winter.
Fit Status:
Im a lil sore from back yard football yesterday, off work today so im gonna have plenty energy for chest workout today
Well I started training in brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai kickboxing in august of 2008 and was working out at home with a punching bag, set of 40lb dumbells and a dump truck tire from about july 2008 till december 2008. In december I decided to join a gym and get my strength up.
Why I Love It:
I love the having a goal of constantly trying to better myself in the gym. It really feels good when your friends and family can see the results, and even better when your making gains you can FEEL.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im constantly motivated knowing that I have come this far and dont want to go back. Also I will be probably competing in mma fights in the future so I want to get as strong as possible.

Thanks brother. You got to love them to do them. But they really help with stamina and definition, especially in the back and arms. Plus the other 5 -6 calis things I do too. Now with added weight. Its all good. Hope the beack trip goes well. Funny you trying to get down to 165 and im tryin to get up to it. Our weights will cross paths someday..lol. Keep u the great work. Things are going well. I keep injuring something, but thats just age..lol. It all going good. The kid im training is doing an awesome job and making some serious gains for a beginner. Me im hanging in there and trying to get mine too. Im glad you are hanging in there too. Maybe one day we will get to train together. You will wipe the floor with me. Thanks man. Yeah I do get a lot of compliments on my shoulders. But I don't get a lot of compliments on my tiny chest. I'm gonna have to get implants or something. Nah, I'm not that desperate yet.
Sounds real good brother. Be careful with the creatine and please drink alot of water. It plus the protein caused my kidneys some stress. Got off the creatine but keeping the protein to whey and meats etc. The sprinting is great (HIIT). I do the 1 min run to 2 min walk for 20 mins. Thats great for the bf burn. Im doing great, Im training a teen with me, so it slows things down a bit. But he is getting it. My goals are to be lean and bulk built. Like 165-175.
