WORKOUT "Vlog"

Trying to keep this largely to strength training videos - a video log.  Here is a workout from two weeks ago with Travis Self from Fittwarehouse flew up to NY to check out how I run Synergy Athletics.  It was a great workout! Ringing in the new year

Today I read a thread about New Year's resolutions.  As most people do, I want to "look better" and "lose weight,"  but how many people actually get that done?  Speaking to a local gym owner, he informed me that they have a 65% decrease in gym goers after the "janurary rush."  That's huge!  I have decided to actually MAKE an effort instead of just talking about making an effort.  Here is the workout plan: Monday:  My 300 workout, Bench 225x50, squat 225x50, 50 pull-ups, 50 clean and press, 50 deadlifts of 225, and 50 box jumps on...
