When I Started: Jul, 2007
How I Started: Just wasn't getting enough exercise, so dediced to try and loose some gut and just get in better shape. Slow to start, then personal trainer 1 to 2 times a week.
Why I Love It: Makes me feel much better overall, and I generally don't wear a lot of clothes so don't want to look so fat.
How I Stay Motivated: Had a great DRIVEN Personal Trainer who kept me motivated. Now have another great personal trainer, so will hopefully get back with the program. Looking in the mirrow nude is the best motivator I know of.
BB Accomplishments: Have tightened up some and beginning to see improvement. Have gained weight but not stomach. Clothes fitting better.

Workout Program:
Currently using a personal trainer 2 times a week and trying to get in some cardio inbetween. Typically work hard for 30 minutes, pushing the weitht and trying for at least 15 reps.

My wife and I have both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We know where you are coming from and feel that you can also make your fitness goals & dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program.
