How I Started:
Just wasn't getting enough exercise, so decidced to try and loose some gut and just get in better shape. Slow to start, then personal trainer 1 to 2 times a week.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel much better overall, and I generally don't wear a lot of clothes so don't want to look so fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirrow nude is the best motivator I know of, and some days that's frightening.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting started back slowly, struggling with weight again.
Currently using a personal trainer 2 times a week and trying to get in some cardio inbetween. Typically work hard for 30 minutes, pushing the weitht and trying for at least 15 reps.
