Background

When I Started: Jan 1981
HOW I STARTED:

At the age of 11 I had ordered the Charles Atlas program through one of my comic books. I kept it a secret from my parents for some reason, but I would quitely use by fathers old barbell set and picnic bench in the basement. When they discovered what I was doing they informed me that Charles Atlas was my grandfathers cousin and I was hooked.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the way working out feels; "the pump". I like the high that I get from it. I feel more in control of my body, more confidence, and I like the looks that I get too.

AliciaKR84 Thanks, and yea I know what you mean, BF is hard to measure, using 2 different methods, you could get 2 totally different numbers! I just use a Inbody machine at my gym and I'm assuming it's pretty spot on. Feb 8, 2012 3:59am
