Rex.ferdinand hey there :) btw i would never count a squat to be a squat unless i hit parallel or more. but i really do think that i am better suited for the squats though. did reps of 10's with the deadlift today at 315lbs. so overall i had a great day, hope yours is too Feb 2, 2012 6:31pm

Rex.ferdinand just saw your tag in the forum, i dont know what all those workout programs are for, but i deadlift at 405 for 5 and squat at 495 for 5 would that make me still a novice for wondering what those programs are? Oct 30, 2011 8:44am

AJPa Makes alot of sense thanks for typing that out for me, but the thing with being able to grow/heavier weight with parallel squating aren't you cheating your glutes from working out anywhere close enough as ATG.(glutes are huge for jumping/sprints compared to other muscles and im a hurdler/sprinter) Feb 28, 2011 5:00pm
