Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros are there are plenty of people to motivate u and spot u
cons are it's pricey and other people can be a distraction
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
More than one flat bench a variety of machines for each muscle group
and at least two pair of each dumbell weight up to 25 pounds
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

Today I started doing easybar curls the way I normally do them I did 2 sets of 10. On the third set I put on about 12 more pounds of weight and did some negative curls which really got my biceps tweakin. Negatives to me are more effective if they are done after you awaken the dormant areas...
