i started when i signed up to take weight liftin my 10 th grade year in high school. i stayed in the class through out school and got pretty serious about it midway through my 11 th grade year. now i love it!!!!!
Why I Love It:
it is a way to blow off steam, and get rid of stress! also its one of the few things in life where u get out of it as much as u put in!
How I Stay Motivated:
stay focused on what i want my body to look like.
