How I Started:
My friend, a diehard weight trainer, got me involved in lifting for about 2 years. Really enjoyed it, now I got myself a personal trainer and hopefully going into bodybuilding and perhaps do some competitions.
Why I Love It:
Always been fascinated in my youth with bodybuilding and wanting to put more muscle mass on my frame.
How I Stay Motivated:
By working out with my close friend and setting goals. Love seeing results and my body slowly transform.
BB Accomplishments:
Able to put on some good size since I started my routine with my trainer. Achieving some great goals on my Bench, Sqaut, and Deadlift.

Finished cutting after a long winter. Time to bulk and put on more muscle mass. Reached my goal of 17" arms!
Goal (Long):
Wanting to put on much needed muscle mass and definition. Starting my body building transformation after doing 12 weeks of power lifting to gain the strength I needed.
Goals will be to increase arm size from 15.5 to 18" arms, broader chest, defined pecs and ripped abs. This all to be done in my 12 week cycle.
Also to keep and maintain a proper diet, which has always been difficult for me in the past as I never seem to have the time for food.
Oh hey -- and by the way -- even though I am SUPER grateful to you for your compliments on y cuts and definition, i think it's ONLY fair to mention that I am not like that year 'round. It would be irresponsible to go around pretending like I am Mr. Perpetually-Shredded! LOL! I uploaded some off-season shots of what I look like when I am a big winter time beast fatty! But thanks again, all the same!
No problem, I've been slow returning messages lately too. It just seems I have no extra time. Hope you are hitting it hard in 2008 for some great progress over the next few months. Great progress so far.
Thanks bro! The only thing that puzzles me is how can you get the abs to show while still keeping gains? I did one cut and abs were starting to look great, but everything else suffered.
Looking good -- nice progress. Hope working with the personal trainer works out for you. I'm thinking of getting a personal trainer too, because my working out tends to get somewhat unfocused and I could probably use somebody to keep me on track. Good luck!
