I have a pretty basic supplement plan focused on general health and recovery because I usually workout 6 or 7 days per week.
1/3 to 2/3 of a multi (e.g. if a mutli says 3 pills is a serving, I'll typically have one at breakfast and one at lunch)
CLA (won't continue after I'm out)
Magnesium (won't continue after I'm out)
Vitamin D (depending on the content of the multi)
Sodium (in the form of chicken broth)
Since I've been really, REALLY stable with the rest of my supplements and workouts for awhile, I decided to start cycling hyrdoxycut, one pill per day around 11 am, on one week off the next. I've been really happy with the results so far, but it's only been about 4 weeks.
After Every workout I make a shake with:
1/2 t. Fiber supplement
Occasionally I'll also have a protein shake at night with 50% whey, 50% casein. I'll also turn that shake into meals by adding cream or half-and-half along with almond milk and a tablespoon of almond butter.

I feel like I get 10 times more energy out of lifting than I put in, so that's always been relatively easy to stick with.
Eating on the other hand... I'm still trying to find that motivation.
