Why I Love It:
mostly just the feeling, the ability and confidence you get from achieving a goal. but not getting the crap kicked out of me is nice too.
How I Stay Motivated:
i have pictures of people with better body's up around my apartment and my wife (when she's not throwing a fit about supplements) she's pretty awesome, tv-human weapon and UFC basically show me i have a long way to go.
BB Accomplishments:
mostly just gaining weight , I've always been 150-155 pounds. finally got to 160. trying to get to 165 see how that feels.

basically wasn't in the mood to fight tonight, and I didn't do very well, I was asked not to attend the advanced class till my stand up improved and I belted.
