How I Started:
Been working out since I was a sophomore in High School... Played baseball DIII my freshman year of college and then let myself go my sophomore year. I went from 225 at the end of my Senior Year to 265 at the end of my Sophomore Year of College. I have just recently started dieting and working out again regularly. I am looking to cut down to 230 - 220 but retain as much muscle as possible. I never have been skinny, but hopefully I will be fairly lean once I hit my target weight.
Why I Love It:
That feeling you get when you get when you do the last rep of a set and set those weights down.... priceless... the rush is amazing
