When I Started: Jun, 2007
How I Started: Been working out since I was a sophomore in High School... Played baseball DIII my freshman year of college and then let myself go my sophomore year. I went from 225 at the end of my Senior Year to 265 at the end of my Sophomore Year of College. I have just recently started dieting and working out again regularly. I am looking to cut down to 230 - 220 but retain as much muscle as possible. I never have been skinny, but hopefully I will be fairly lean once I hit my target weight.
Why I Love It: That feeling you get when you get when you do the last rep of a set and set those weights down.... priceless... the rush is amazing
How I Stay Motivated: Just have to keep thinking about the end result.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): I want to lose 10 pounds every 2-3 weeks until I get down to 220-230Pounds. Once I am there I want to continue to add lean mass while burning some fat.
Goal (Long): By Sept 1st. weight - 230 arms - 16" waist - 40" (belly button) ***eventually want to be able to wear shirts size "large".
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 45 lb

Today was just not my day....

I went out to the pool to get some sun and to read some Muscle & Fitness at around 12:30.  I was skimming the pool when I turned around to throw the crap in the bushes and I drilled my toe on a concrete block, splitting my toenail right down the middle. ...

Sounds like you're off to a great start. The diet has always been the hardest for me so if you can get a handle on that, WTG.
