High School:
When I Started:
1999
How I Started:
as a freshman in high school i learned that in order to stay ahead of the pack one must always be gaining stregnth and size, although there were a few exceptions when it came to wrestling season.
Why I Love It:
i feel more self confident when i am in good shape, when i am healthy i am happy. i want to look good and i like to look good. we only have one body and i see no reason why one should let it go to ****. staying healthy directly effects every aspect of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to help my friends, coworkers, and even the occasional rando's. when people compliment me or ask for advice it helps me to keep focused because i want to help them and i want them to see that i practice what i preach.
BB Accomplishments:
i have never competed in bodybuilding, but i respect those that do!
i already work out hard and have a good routine, but i would like to have a healthier diet and better abs. i would like to gain some more size in my triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, and back.
i have some knee pain that limits my ability to do some leg work outs but i would like to define my quads and fill out all around, to include my calves. stregnth is also very important to me, i want to get my bench back to where it was before i had my wisdom teeth removed, and even more than that. the only difference is i want to have bigger abs as well.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

in addition to upping my cardio and overall conditioning i have completely restuctured my entire workout regimine. i read an article on BB.com and agreed with a lot of the things that the author was talking about, and although i have been in and out of the gym for the last 10 years i am still...
you've got an interesting approach man. (considering your results, i'm not argueing your methods--LOL) i do about half free weights and half machines. mostly because i've heard if you want symmetry you need free weights--especially dumb bells. it's working for you bro. you've got a great balance between mass and definition. that's my goal.
Thx for your input. I currently send a care pkg to a soldier in Afghan who is in intell and is in primative setting. he can get supplementation from mail, but food is poor quality at best. So I send him jerky, freeze dried fruits and veggies, protein bars, quinoa, trail mix. I even sent him a instant ice pack and heat pack as he tore his pec muscle and had nothing to treat it with.
