"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go, but two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."

Placed an order for some multi-vit, BCAAs, and ZMA today. I have a tub of ISS research protein I still need to burn through. Getting ready to start on Monday! hooah
Hey man, not much new here. I've actually been cutting and eating super clean for a couple months now. The Army's gonna teach me to jump out of airplanes next month, and I'm trying to get in shape for it!
I went down to the twin cities last weekend with my wife and mom. We stayed at the Hyatt downtown. They had a really nice brand new weight room with life fitness equipment. I trained on saturday. I am going up in everything and I could even see myself getting bigger. It was a good feeling. I am going to train today. Good to hear from ya. How about you? Are you going to LSC this fall?
Yeah good to see ya! I went there for leg day. I have powerblocks, an adjustable bench, and a lat machine at home, so I go to a gym to do squats and use the machines.
Hey man, thanks for the Merry Christmas message. Anyway, the tat started as a "strengh" symbol, then I added a few more conji, then the American flag symbol, then flames... now it's basically a half sleeve. Soon to be a whole sleeve I hope.
Awesome support and motivation on your part to take back control of your body and health. Best of luck adding that additional quality muscle to your frame. Keep training strong.
