i do cardio about 4 times a week, due to being in the army, i dont really like running but i do it at least twice a week, 40-45 min sessions, if i dont do that i work on the x-trainer.

would love advice on how to get a nice tummy, been doing sit ups for over 5 years and still no 6 pack shows lol so any tips would be great, i have been given tips to only do sit ups once a week to give the muscle time to recover but i would like your input please
