I was picked on a lot from the ages 11-16. I got started lifting weights heavily in weight training class in highschool.

It's a big confidence booster and it makes you feel great!

I currently have a support group of 4 family members who joined my gym and are helping me stay focused.

This photo was taken to show my first picture getting back into bodybuilding. It was difficult just to take this picture. I'm very upset I've let myself go.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60 seconds. I need my muscles to recover, but I don't want to give them too much of a rest that I lost potential.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I'll go with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

john my friend, sorry for the late reply. I also havent been on here much, but I've been good. Still loosing weight slowly but surely, stepping up my cardio is what is really holding me back.....good luck with the px90 bro and keep in touch
Everything is well. I did have midterms last week. On spring break this week, much needed man!Im def getting lots of cardio with all this free time now. I did log LX for a bit, fell off from the log, got super busy at school and not a lot of people seemed to be interested, it was a pretty boring log lol. Anyways, how are things with you, those arnold pics are nice. Im so jeleous you got to go, must of been of blast! Take care man, i'll be following your progress!
Hey! Finally got the chance to check the final results of your mito log, VERY impressive!! When did you start to notice the most change in your stomach? I'm on day 19 and hoping to see more change soon.

that's awesome man, sponsored logs are sweet! You'll definately be a diff man in 60 days!... I think honestly I'm going to take a break for a few weeks and make sure my diet/excercise routine is right on point, once i make sure im lossing 1.5-2 lbs a week i'm prob going to stack lean xtreme and mitotropin, I also might add stoked or t-bol, not sure yet though.
good to hear, I've been okay. I went off track a bit this week with both diet and training unfortionately, but back on track now. What did you end up cycling the mitotropin with??
Reading your goals, I smacked my head like the old V-8 commercials. I bought theh underarmour shirt, thinking it would make ME look like the mannequin. You know? Like a hyper-girdle or something. How embarrassing when I showed up with my hairy gut hanging out the bottom at the gym. So yeah, that's my goal too. Good luck.
