Pretty girl already, just get on that stair machine for some killer thighs and glutes. Course that's just one man's opinion. :)

Nice progress. Looks like a little cutting and you are good to go. Did your legs buff up the same as your upper body?

It's hard when you are out of your element to eat how you normally would. Exercise is also a struggle. Can you take a jug of protein powder on a plane? Hah

Yeah my squats are lagging behind now. First time in years I've been consistently back in the gym (only about 1 1/2 months). To find out my bench is quite a bit higher than my squat. Bah.
