Nah not really, I'm basically maintaining at this point. Can't seem to put any more weight on, so I'll wait until the end of Winter and start cutting a bit. I am a lot stronger than when I first hit 225 though, so that's good.

Thanks man. All I do for my back is deadlift and pull-ups. I was doing a 5x5 with deads for a long time and usually do a 3x5 with weighted pull-ups.

Nah, just beat up in general. Back is always fatigued, tendinitis in my forearm, exertion headache, stuff like that. Just a routine break, but it sucks all the same.

Thanks. I need to take another damn week off though, body is getting pissy with me. I hate breaks, it's going to screw with my cutting schedule. I suppose I have plenty of time though.

Thanks, it's been pretty steady for awhile now. It's funny looking at my other comment where I said I hoped to get to 190 because I'd be happy. Here I am at 192 and nowhere near happy yet. Hopefully I'll have some more weight gain by this Saturday.

Pretty good, I gained almost 3lbs last week after stalling out due to personal reasons. Hoping to be at least 205 by New Year.

Eat more. Not really anything to it other than that. If you want to get bigger, eat more food.

Thanks, I appreciate it. At times I don't like my genetics because I have no torso, but if I can add the mass that I want to and get up to 190lbs I think I may like the way I look a lot more.
