I was tired of being 125lbs and decided to make that change.
Why I Love It:
It boosts my confidence and gives me a feeling of satisfaction, and knowing I'm working out while 60% of America is stuffing their faces/watching TV makes me smile.
How I Stay Motivated:
Documenting lifting numbers, people noticing me getting bigger, and looking at progress pictures.
Not to mention all I have to do is take a walk outside and realize I don't want to look like the people I see.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally hitting 180lbs
Benching my BW+100lbs
Sticking with 6000 calories and never giving up

Taken right at the start of working out
2.5 years of working out. Eating 5200+ calories a day just to lose a half a pound a week, can't eat any more.
Dude, you've made some kind of progress. Your transformation is amazing. You've packed on a lot of muscle and size - bis/tris are like pythons. Keep training hard bro!
From your stats update, it looks like you've really made solid progress this summer. And that really is a good genetic structure on which to build, if you're still in doubt about that. Great work.
3.5 lbs in a week is fantastic, especially considering you're natural. Hope you post some progress photos. I've learned that you don't always LOOK your biggest just because you weigh more. People told me I was looking huge when I went from 225 to 195.
Lay-offs are not a bad thing even though they may appear so at first. They allow you to ramp up momentum over a longer period; bear with the slight (and temporary) loss of strength and perhaps size; muscle memory will kick in and you'll eventually be beyond both your previous strength and size goals soon. Stay focused, hunker down, and hulk out!
The new shot looks good, but why the t-shirt? Show off the hard work man; looks like you got some muscle underneath...
Keep it up man. That avatar is such a great inspiration.
Great transformation, J. That's what i call a hulk-out! What were your stats between the two periods? Entire back structure has filled out and thickened really nicely, especially midback, delts and arms. How far do you want to take your build? Happy new year man. Keep hulkin' out huge.
Going good, there were a few speed bumps though, I had the flu and couldn't eat like I usally do for about 1-2 weeks and had like 2 weeks of exams which involved lots of studying so that slowed me down as well..exams are over, feeling alot better...13-15lbs to gain by december 20th roughly...
I don't think I'll have any trouble...going to take it to the max and do it extremely well, no more f*cking around haha.Good luck with your goals as well..I'm out, JM
