I was tired of being 125lbs and decided to make that change.
Why I Love It:
It boosts my confidence and gives me a feeling of satisfaction, and knowing I'm working out while 60% of America is stuffing their faces/watching TV makes me smile.
How I Stay Motivated:
Documenting lifting numbers, people noticing me getting bigger, and looking at progress pictures.
Not to mention all I have to do is take a walk outside and realize I don't want to look like the people I see.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally hitting 180lbs
Benching my BW+100lbs
Sticking with 6000 calories and never giving up

I HATE lightbulbs.
10's civic. Man I put about $3k to $4k in it to get it there. I did all the motor work myself. 404 cams, bore 30 over 8.8 to 1 je pistons 1000cc rc injectors. I was running 22 psi turbonectics turbo. 365WHP. Block guard, custom build exhaust intake from polydyne coated inside and out,hks 3inch exhaust all the way out, and greedy everything else.
Current default is a totally amazing accomplishment. Obviously offseason and bulked, but the separation in the delts, size in the forearms, and other indicators show that most of that is muscle. Great job!
hey dude just starting out put ona lot of weight and looking to transform like you, massive props to the amazing work you've done... any advice on where to start?
WOW! you inspire me to keep on lifting and EATING LOL...im currently around the weight you started at and after seeing this its changed my perception. THANKS!
One HELL of a hulkout you've gone through lately, J. I'm totally impressed, really inspired, and completely jealous. Excellent work, man! Hope to see more photos of your this bulk before you start your cut.
