I have always trained off and on but not as serious as I am training now. I am a huge fan of Reps Magazine and it has inspired me to train harder. I realized what I wanted (to create MY dream body) and decided to put my plan into action.
Why I Love It:
I just enjoy being strong and fit, it gives me a sense of accomplishment and is always something that can be improved. I love the constant challenge.
To me there is nothing better than the feeling I get from a hard workout and the overall benefit of living a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visit BodySpace! :-)
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to the gym on time each day!
