Felling like I was really out of shape and started to have a gut lol. Then I just started doing push ups and situps every night and few months later I found myself at the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love seen my body grow and change. Great feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking how far I have come and how much farther I can go.

I'll be honest....I rarely train abs. I need to train them more, but you just get so much of an ab workout from everything you. I've been slacking, but I'll start hitting them hard at least 3 times per week.
Solid physique on the way with very good work on traps, delts, chest and arms. Nice Ts by the way. Du tres bon travail jeune homme. Continued success with your training and goals. Andre
