Before I had my daughter I was in great shape but as soon as I had her she became my world and I forgot about myself. Recently though I have noticed that I can't quite keep up with her so it is time to get back in shape!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it releases alot of stress and it is a time I have to myself. Also, I love seeing the changes to my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at my progress and pictures of what I use to look like :)

I finally decided to put up some progress pics. It is killing me to do this but I think it will keep me motivated!
My husband keeps calling me butch but I keep telling him that once the fat is gone there will be some good muscle definition under there. I HOPE!
Today was my 3rd day of the BFL program so I did 20 minutes of aerobics and actually upped it up a notch. I sweated my ass off! At the beginning I thought I may need to up it even more but by the end of the session I am definitly sticking where I'm at. Tomorrow I work on upper body, I am...
Jf - how are you doing on diet???? if you want you should blog what you eat in a typical day and we can give suggestions. If you really want to get in to it, give us three days with time stamps for food and WO.

Hey girl just checking in on you!! HOpe all is well!! I am hanging in there, doing pretty good on the dieting thing, just way behind on working out...i will get there though!!
You must have looked amazing after completing Body for Life and getting into such great shape and I bet you will again. They have yet to invent anything that is better than BFL and so many of the new programs are basically “take-off’s” from it. The fact that you have the books and are familiar puts you so far ahead of many others. If my wife and/or I can be of assistance feel free to give us a yell.
I just wanted to say that you are doing great and if you really want to achieve your fitness goals maybe even sooner than you thought possible I suggest you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not easy but I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
Stay focused, don't let anyone or anything get you off course for what you want to achieve. You can do it. I believe in you.

Thanks J- I need to take new pics cuz I don't really look like that anymore due to a shoulder injury. I have a little more fat and a little less muscle- been out for 9 months. I'm on my way back though! Just happy to move without pain now :) You are doing great! Patience.

your such a sweetheart!! Sometimes when i dont take it for a few days i can feel it, but i have a high tolerance for that stuff!! Yes we can and will do this...i just need to get through this long week, and figure out when to go to the gym...after work or when i wake up at 2pm...decisions decisions!!

Virtual bike riding..how cool!! They have a spinning class (great cardio) and i might try one of their shadow boxing classes or kick boxing...I start back on midnights next week so i need to get myself moving...YOU ARE RIGHT THOUGH...WE CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!
OMG...does a krispy Kreme sound good...But no i will not cave in...lol! You will have to let me know when u take 2 later how u do with that...i take 3 in the morning, but thats it..like i said "HIGH" tolerance big time!! I think i will go for a walk once it cools down a little!!
