That's so great! Yes, got that email as well. I'll probably be 'test' judging at the October show (he hasn't confirmed yet) and I will only be doing his Spring show if he adds the Ms. Fit Body category...but either way I'll be there watching! :) Keep lifting hard (I am also). Hi Dave! Show day is crazy as usual. Great job! Glad you R already looking to Oct!!! I will be taking a full YR off (yes, I was disappointed but was told it didn't show on stage) & will be transitioning to a new cat. called Ms. Fit Body that I'm hoping Ford will have at his '10 spring show. I may be 'test' judging at his Oct show so I'll look for you. Good luck with your training!

I started out doing a lot of research about 10 years ago. The internet offers a ton of information. I'd say go to siouxcountry.com and register to be on that board. It is a great place to find out about things, get answers, and ask questions.

Thanks Chad. You too! I'm competing in Sheboygan in an INBF on April 4 (both figure and Ms. Fit Body) and then Ford's again on April 25. Then I'm taking a year off! :)
