I went on Adipex and a super low fat diet in 1997. Lost 105lbs and kept it off by getting into bodybuilding and nutrition. I started working two jobs in 2001 and stopped working out and eating for convenience ...I gained it all back. recently, I have entered a contest with the guys where I work. It's kind of like BIGGEST LOSER. Whoever loses the most weight by Sept. 10th wins $280.00.
Why I Love It:
The endorphin rush, the feeling of strength, and the way it improves my looks. Mostly, I like having DOMINION over my body and getting it to do what I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
The little goals achieved along the way. Reading bodybuilding mags and bodybuilding.com Being in this competition at work.
BB Accomplishments:

i am sure you can get better advice from someone with more experience than me, but when i started out, i did full body routines 3 days a week. this included bench, squats, deads, curls, dips, overhead press, lunges. it is painful but yet feels so good. wish you luck, and dont start out too heavy to impress anyone, you will certainly pull a muscle that way! hope to talk to you soon. catch ya later.
