How I Started:
I've just started. I've lifted weights on and off over the years, but never took it that seriously. A couple years ago I started running, and have managed to keep off the 40 lbs of fat I lost. However, I still have a long way to go, and want to start incorporating weight training - which is why I am here.
Why I Love It:
It gives me confidence, and makes me feel good that I am doing something to take care of myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife is in great shape. She is a great motivator. Also, all the amazingly fit people on this site. ;)

Goal (Long):
I have been exercising on and off over the years with little success. About two years ago I started running regularly and have managed to lose 40 lbs of fat and keep it off. However, I am still far from being 'in shape'. So, I want to get a handle on my diet and incorporate weight training into my lifestyle. I'm looking to attain a fit, muscular, beach ready body :) As of 12/1/08 I've started the P90X program.

Congratulations on finally putting up the photos, Bryan. It's hard to do, but as time goes on and you improve, they'll serve as a reminder of just how far you've come and how much you've put in. At least, that what I tell myself! Good luck with all your goals!
