It's competition time!!!! Lean out, work on my rear delts, back and abs! I'm accepting no less than perfection!!

After having two babies in 3 years I am ready to reclaim my body! I will be a smokin hot muscle mama!

My short term goal is to get to the gym 5-6 times a week, with some days being 2x training sessions. I want to lose 1-2 lbs per week until I reach my goal.

Figure out what is wrong with my hip and get back into soccer. Pretty happy with the way I look now. Just want to keep it tight!! :)
