well, I started on 1/17/09 and was 185lbs / 19.8% BF and today I'm 174.9lbs / 15.6% BF. My dies has been solid but workout has been inconsistant the last week. I got laid off last tuesday and I've been in a panic.

Well, the workouts for it are pretty standard 4 day rotation but add an extra 40min of cardio. The diet is what gets me. You take your standard amount of 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. The carbs are limited to 150grams the day1, 100grams the second and 50grams the 3rd. You can't have any Dairy and very limited in what carbs you can eat, mostly sweet potato. Here is a link to the product

I just have a cheap silicon wrap on mine to protect it from bumps and scratches. I just keep min in my pocket. The P3 is on its way with a much upgraded user interface.
