I've always had tons of respect for Bodybuilders. The personal dedication it takes is simply amazing. I respect people who hit the gym day after day because it takes so much discipline and dedication. I believe in mind over matter and think anything is possible once you put your mind to it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and gives me focus. I love personal challenges and hitting my goals in the gym makes life a little less sour.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror is a great motivator. It always reminds me I need to step up my game.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting rid of all my chub that I carried around for the better part of my life.

Hit all my goals at this point. Time to step up the game.
Goal (Long):
I have consistently worked out for the past 4months.
Hitting the gym rain or shine 4-5 days a week. I've always liked working out but this time I'm really trying to better particular areas of my body. I've never looked or felt right at a lean weight. I've gotten down to about 170lbs and looked skinny but that doesns't go with my body type. I'm stocky and feel I should focus on gaining mass rather than getting "cut".
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
14%
