What Up? You want to build your chest right? Think pump every time you workout. You want do low reps high weight very slow motion. Then immediately follow with light weight high reps very fast motion. This will pump your chest quickly. Focus on regular bench press, incline bench press and decline bench press. Follow this order. Then close with the Pec Dec Machine. Keep me posted on your results. Good luck, I got a feeling you are going to be a monster when you’re done.

If i were you i would train chest twice a week if you are struggling to get the thing to grow, thats what i do. In terms of working it out i would do one heavy day and then the other a lighter pump day. If you got to thefitshow.com, you will find a video of milos sarcev and how he trains chest, watch it. Very helpful and a PUMP you will never foreget. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

Taylor - you look pretty strong bud. Wish I had lifted seriously when I was your age. Stay with it, you won't regret a minute you spend in the weight room, especially when you get compliments from the chicks!
