What Up? You want to build your chest right? Think pump every time you workout. You want do low reps high weight very slow motion. Then immediately follow with light weight high reps very fast motion. This will pump your chest quickly. Focus on regular bench press, incline bench press and decline bench press. Follow this order. If i were you i would train chest twice a week if you are struggling to get the thing to grow, thats what i do. In terms of working it out i would do one heavy day and then the other a lighter pump day. If you got to thefitshow.com, you will find a video of milos sarcev and how he trains chest, watch it.
