How I Started:
Eating disorders led to weight loss, weight loss led to a decrease in strength and muscle mass, which led to interest in correcting this problem, which led to learning about health and fitness, led to getting a job at the gym, and finally led to weight training with my friend Matthew, which led to interest in fitness routines, and here we are
Why I Love It:
I like the challenge, I like the results, I like the sweat, the feeling of power when I succeed
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures, I hang them everywhere, competition dates posted on the walls, quotes about calories and perserverance
BB Accomplishments:
I wish I had some but I'm pretty much new to all this
To gain strength, muscle tone, speed, stamina, skill, reaction time, accuracy, precision. Basically to push my physical abilities as far as they can go. I want to jump higher, run faster, lift heavier, throw further then anyone could imagine. I want to loose bodyfat and I never want to buy anything bigger then an extra small shirt and size 0 pants...

i get so tired sometimes though
sometimes I just wish that we were like plants
