Day 1, July 30th. After giving advice for months to co-workers and friends,I've seen them achieve great results. I know what to do..I'm just not doing it. And now I need to do it. CONSISTANTLY ! ! !. I need to stay motivated.
So the pull up bar is up,its hot enough to swim,the supplements...

Reason: I can see and feel it work.results are good.

Reason: Makes the muscles full and pumped. I cylce of every three months.
