guest Hey Jessy, hang in there! It is a daily struggle to make health choices but so worth it in long term. Your progress is just for you and no one else. I always want to see fast results and get bummed if they are slower than I expected. Have a good weekend. May 4, 2012 6:42pm

heatherkerley Hey! I just saw your comment today!...3 months later lol! How are you doing with your program? My hubby and I got off track due to a hectic schedule. (I just opened my own salon!) But the salon is now open so I can get back at it, and I couldn't be more ready for it! Apr 29, 2012 3:41pm

transformer2012 That's my girl. Be strong and remember that you don't have to push that hard due to the pain your having. I'll be working with you to get through this, don't give up. I know you can do it. Feb 26, 2012 11:54am

Special87 Oh, I've been wondering about the muffins! I have to go to the grocery store tonight so I'll pick up some of the things I need to make them and try them for myself. I'm about to head to the gym now. Week 2! I hope you feel better soon - never much fun being under the weather, especially when you need the energy! Feb 21, 2012 9:54am

Special87 It's really nice to hear from you, and congrats on getting to week 4! That's an accomplishment in itself; you have to be dedicated to change to see it, right? I'm just starting week 2, but feeling really good about it. Week 1 was actually fun. I feel so much better after going to the gym, and I love that sore feeling that lets me know I'm actually working. Good luck! And keep in touch! Feb 20, 2012 9:12pm

transformer2012 Don't get discouraged baby. Your volume came down a lot. You might not see it on the scale but you can definitely see in how loose your clothes are. Let's keep it going. We're going to get there one way or another. Feb 20, 2012 5:40pm

sktrnsfrmtn I hope all is well on your end -- personal challenges are not news to me either :( I'm glad that the proteing shake + milk combo is working for you. Please feel free to reach out anytime you have a question. I'm not an expert but I'd be thrilled if I could provide some assistance :) Feb 19, 2012 11:14am

guest Hello Jessymonzon, I will start this program tonight!!! We have the same stats. I am looking forward to seeing good results we can keep each other motivated!! :) Feb 18, 2012 12:57pm

sktrnsfrmtn Hi Jesse -- welcome!! Yes, I do take protein shakes -- one scoop of Whey protein within an hour of waking up as my first meal. In addition, since I work out late in the evening (usually around 8 pm) I make my last meal (dinner) a Casein Protein Shake. I usually mix only one scoop of protein powder mix in about 8 oz of 2% milk (for dinner). The breakfast shake is also one scoop with milk or water. Hope this helps - feel free to reach out if you have any other questions! Feb 3, 2012 6:17am

heatherkerley Thank you! It was hard at first, but I think for me it was more of a mental thing. Plus, from the workouts and the food being clean and less calorie dense, I was getting hungrier more often. Make sure you are measuring your portions out that way you know you aren't over eating each meal and getting too full! Good luck with everything! Jan 31, 2012 2:46pm
