I always loved lifting weights. I 1st did my own regular workouts when i was 14. everyother day type thing in highschool for sports. I'm more of an athlete then a bodybuilder, but I started the serious bodybuilder diet and workout about 2 years ago and found it still helps me in sports as long as i keep playing them. I did football, wrestling, track, cross country, and tennis.
Why I Love It:
I love getting stronger, bigger, faster, and more defined. something to look forward to everyday. And i love the reaction i get from other people
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm never unmotivated
BB Accomplishments:
Strongest person in my high school days. Pound for pound and overall weight.
Once i get a physique i'm happy with i want to win bodybuilder of the week. and be on a bodybuilding.com background poster. and the cover of muscle and fitness in a few years.
I want to be a "perfect" proportion. or a "grecian" proportion. All these measurements are based on my size and joints.
18" arms, neck, and calves.
14" forearms,
50" chest,
31" waiste,
26" thighs.
I also want to bench 3 times my bodyweight, and become a better athlete.
Once i get all that..who knows whats next

I want to GAIN 20 lb

Well i spent the whole winter bulking. I did NO cardio, and ate an insane amount of calories, as well as doing many different types of workouts. I gained alot of muscle and some fat. i gained about 20 pounds in one season. my strength went up real fast to. BUT...

Ur pics look great. Have u leaned back down from this past spring. Did u eat well when u bulked up. I have a very hard time gaining weight. I wonder what u did.

wow! u lived in Hilo, then we know all the same ppl! My grandparents live there so I go there part time! =) ya been to the mainland a few times. My best friend lives in sd, oceanbeach. I was thinkin of movin there this january.

It's a small world. I was stationed at Ft.Irwin,CA from 2001-2005.Great training facilities there. I am stationed now in Germany. Hope the training is a success for U and don't be afraid to give the bodybuilding world a chance. Great potential

Nice size man, you take any supplements? I really started lifting a few months ago, just got into supplements also, and im just wondering how i can get really cut and powerful.
