So I have restarted my pescetarian diet, but changed things up. I've cut out dairy (other then whey protein, and occasional casein protein) Cutting out meat slowly, in 2 weeks no more at all, and cut out grains such as wheat, oat, barley, rice, corn, etc. This leaves me with fish, eggs, fruit, veggies, seeds/nuts, roots/tubers, and some legumes.2 meals a day consist of a blended fruit/veggie/p rotein smoothie made with my magic-bullet/nutri-bullet.So far I'm feeling amazing, not keeping track of...
