Lost about 40-50(college)lbs about 3years ago. Lost it. Worked out for the first time in my life and never looked back.

keep it simple
Posted in Training : Nov 25, 2011 11:47amI have fallen of the work out wagon many times even when I don't expect it. I love eating healthy and working out, so what gives? Stress. Work. Those are the biggest factors.
I think I get bogged down by thinking I need to do everything perfect and if I don't, I give up.
I just recently quit drinking (about 2 months ago)....so I guess I needed a lil' bit of time to get used to that, but there is no excuse now. NOW more than ever, I have the potential of being really healthy. I need to let my diet and exercise show that. How much more healthier can I look and feel
