Reason: This is a waxy maise starch that is sugar free carbohydrate. It supports post work out glycogen resynthisis.
By taking this product immediatley after working out it raises blood sugar levels, spikes insulin level and acts like a high delivery sytem. I take it with my post workout protien shake as well as most of the other supplements I list here.

Reason: I just started the pro complex because instead of buying alot of seperate products "ON" has great supplements pre mixed. This product for instance has 60G protien, 14G BCAAs, 10G GLUTAMINE and PRECURSERS and other vitamins and minerals.

Reason: Like most of the products I will list I have been taking them in some form or brand for the last three years. Glutamine has worked GREAT for me. A short description, it helps the body recover faster from your work outs which benifits you tremendously. In my experience it takes a good week or so for me to really start feeling it work.

Reason: This is a great product because Im prone to getting chest colds. Working out alot lowers your immune system leaving you vulnerable to getting sick easier. This product has been a life saver for me and keeping me healthy!

Reason: I don't remember exact dates for this but I have been taking a multivitmin for years. It will help fill in the vital minerals, nutrients and antioxidants that you miss or don't always get enough of from whole foods. I would recommend that everone take a multivitimin twice daily for overall general health.

Reason: This I also take for overall general health. It is really good for the body and there is TONS of proven research on it so I won't waste your time trying to go into too much detail. But I take this twice a day also. But I try not to take it immediatley after I work out because it is a natural anti flamitory (NASID. But the is arguable. Like all supplements you should do you research on then and decide what is best for you!
