What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Rotator cuff!!! I was not warming up well enough and just jumped into weighted dips and bench!! It took me about 6 months. I had to take it slow and do alot of shoulder/rotator cuff exercises. Ill form, or underdeveloped muscles.
