When I Started:
Mar, 2005
How I Started:
I'm tall and was very skinny with no big muscle definition and decided to learn more about nutrition, weight lifting and other forms of exercise. And I love cheeseburgers.
Why I Love It:
It keeps my life in focus, I feel better physically, mentally and just enjoy pushing my body to the limit and then some. It has become a life style for me and I love it! And beer..
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting small goals, learning more about nutrition, proper form, learning new exercises and applying them. I'm always learning something and can't wait to apply it to my workouts!
BB Accomplishments:
By not rushing into it. Understanding proper nutrition and proper form has helped me make great gains in the gym. By understanding you cant be arnold over night, full body symmetry takes time and patience but it pays off in the long run. But my love for BEER and lazy food get's the best of me some times.. I hate myself..:)But love life...
