How I Started:
Honestly I got started years ago, always looking for new ways to workout to make myself look and feel better. Since I have has my two girls I haven't made myself do anything to improve my health. I know it sounds selfish but I finally decided to do this for myself!
Why I Love It:
Ive always had bodybuilding.com as one of my favorite websites just to see the transformations of the month. And always asking myself, why couldnt that have been me? It was very depressing to look time after time. I was at the point to where I had even my husband asking what was wrong with me. It was self pitty. And I was done feeling like that.It was time to get off my ass and do something about it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, so far my girls are the ones that have kept me going. When they see me doing cardio, they are always trying to join in and just have fun doing it. Another reason is that I am taking a vacation in Santa Barbara Ca in March and I will be wearing a bathing suit on the beach. So I decided that if I wear one of those things ( never worn without a towel covering it up) I am going to feel and look amazing!
BB Accomplishments:
I want to be healthy, I quit smoking so thats one so far. The next accomplishment is going to be able to run at least 2 miles in 30 without feeling dizzy and weak!

Goal (Long):
I have never in my entire life had a flat stomach. I would love to at least come close. If I can at least say that I did this and gave it 100% I will feel like a winner. I especially want to feel great naked. I cant walk in front or even change in front of my husband until I know that hes looking away, and as quick as I can throw something over myself. So that is my goal. Walk around with confidence, NAKED!!!!
i have been working out for a little while now and i have managed to lose a total of seven inches overall but my weight has still stayed the same. how do i make the weight come off? what am i doing wrong? any suggestions?HELP!
