Okay, I lost some major fat and met my weight goal. Now I am going to tighten up. Just got my "Insanity" DVD's to workout to. It will be a 60 day work out. Lets see what happens!
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to compete like my dad. I had learned a lot from him, but never seem to have the time. I either got injuried or had not time. But, this time, after the death of my dad, I am bound and determin to do this. I really wish he was here to help coach me. I really need to lose a lot of body fat. If I lose the fat, gaining the muscle and definition will come easy to me..... But getting rid of the fat has always been a major hurdle for me!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't do it. I don't care as long as I cannot hear them over my iPod!

I want to hit it hard for the next 21days.  My husband will be gone during this time and I would like to get down to 15% BF, well as close as I can get in that short amount of time.  Our wedding anniversary is June 13th.  Need to get close to 145-150 lb also.  There is so much to learn...

I am doing the Buffmother Hormonal Training mixed with a challenge I received:

Starting Monday 2/23 for two weeks Buffing-

Day 1: Upper Body (Type IIA and IIB Fibers)

A) T-bar row
Sets: 4
