How I Started: I looked in the mirror and saw I wasn't happy. I needed to work on me. :o)
Why I Love It: When I was in my 20's I workout all the time, since I have had 5 girls, yes 5!, I'm ready for me time! I want my old self back.
How I Stay Motivated: Knowing I have set forth a goal. I will NOT let myself down. I will reach that goal and make not only myself proud, but my friends and family.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to weigh 100 lbs. by my birthday next year. 07/2008
Goal (Long): I want to be happy again. The answer to that is losing weight. I want to lose 80 lbs. by Summer '08. I have dedicated my life to working out and working hard at it once again. I will meet my goals that I have set out for myself. In the end I need to help myself! It's time for ME!

I feel like I have made an impossible goal for myself. I go through High's and Low's is that common with weight change? I am not going to give up. I just feel very alone at times. Maybe if I had someone to workout with and I knew I wasn't alone that would be different. I know that thing's will...

Congratulations on making the decision to get fit and your progress. Always yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do. Stay strong and believe in yourself.
