I want to weigh 100 lbs. by my birthday next year. 07/2008
Goal (Long):
I want to be happy again. The answer to that is losing weight. I want to lose 80 lbs. by Summer '08. I have dedicated my life to working out and working hard at it once again. I will meet my goals that I have set out for myself. In the end I need to help myself! It's time for ME!
I feel like I have made an impossible goal for myself. I go through High's and Low's is that common with weight change? I am not going to give up. I just feel very alone at times. Maybe if I had someone to workout with and I knew I wasn't alone that would be different. I know that thing's will...
Hello looks like you havn't been on ia bit so I thought I would stop by and encourage you to come back and see if there was anything I can do to help keep you motivated and on track.
Congratulations on making the decision to get fit and your progress. Always yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do.
