How I Started:
I got started by going to the gym then i saw many guys and a few women strong bold and they stood out then i started reading magazines and looking on the net and watching tv about bodybuilding i got really interested and then started to be like them at my local gym.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is something that i enjoy and have a passion for.I love the feeling when you work out your mind goes blank and blocks everything out and afterwards i feel so refreshed and i feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking " i can do this" and i think "ive gone all this way why the **** would i stop now" "Life's to short to live small" Max's. i think to be the best i have to beat the best.WHen i feel my muscles burn i know im working them.
BB Accomplishments:
to put on muscle loose body fat and one day compete either as muscle or figure compedor.

heya hows training going? yeh heaps of people have a wierd view on girls who wieght train but when they see pictures of girls in bikinis they quickly come around hope your diet is going well and your getting results

hey jess good luck with your goals. I haven't met any girls that are interested in competing but it's good too see your thinking of it, it's good fun testing your body and seeing what happens ey well hope your easter was good, that you stayed away from those eggs (chocolate ones anyway) have a great easter and have fun.

Hey Girl - I honestly don't know how I had the strength to do it looking back because it was right before all of the holidays and no one understood what I was doing or supported it. I just got so mad at myself that I couldn't fit into my clothing! Having a nutritionist that was checking up on me all the time definately helped - just find someine to be accountable to - kinda like peer pressure (LOL) This site helped me alot!!
