Wake Up 6:45 a.m.:

1 serving of fruit

Breakfast (30-60 minutes after waking) 7:30 a.m.:

1 32. oz water bottle

8oz Egg Whites Broccoli Onions Muffin

Mid-Morning 11:00 a.m.:

1 32. oz water bottle

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1/3 cup all natural apple sauce

Lunch 1:00 p.m.:

1 32. oz water bottle

6 oz. grilled chicken breast

1 cup whole wheat pasta

1 tbs. flaxseed oil

½ cup steamed broccoli

½ cup steamed onions

½ cup steamed snow peas

Mid-Afternoon 4:00 p.m.:

My motivation right now is getting healthy and living. REALLY looking at myself and not making excuses. Reality is my motivation right now. 

 

There is a lot of hisory of illnesses in my family on both sides. I want to be HEALTHY. I want to be the healthiest I've ever been and I want to be an inspiration to those I love to get healthy too.
