I've played football in college. couldnt put on the weight. always had a ceiling, but good muscle definition.

keeping it tight. in 6 months I want to be 195lbs. currently 215. work getting in the way. stronger legs and a flat stomach. more running and actually early football style camp training. it has always been easy to keep weight off. hard to put it on. these days. cant eat whatever I want. i dont play pick-basketball anymore, so I must stay active. i wanna keep my heart healthy
