I have been going strong for about 3 months but the first month was cutting weight 28 pounds but know after two months of lifting i am cutting again with a pretty intense diet so hopefully can lose about ten more pounds in two or three weeks depending on how much i push my self this way my abs are all there not half way what ou eat is most important and rest time!!
