My goal is to transform my body by reducing my body comp from 19% to 10-12%.

I am completely unsatified with my body! I am a personal trainer and frankly I do not look like one. I have a complex about my body and want to improve my self esteem by first changing my body image. I know I can achieve this with hard work and dedication, I just need the motivation!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Looked at my body...Its disgusting!
Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Hope I dont have a low iron spell! Low iron mean too weak to work out :(

Almost drank all my water yesterday! lol! drank 2 out of 3 bottles which is better than 1 out of 3 like i have been doing! havent had the best workouts I could be having but I'm keeping my motivation high and looking forward to the weekend when I have time off to properly spend working on my...
