I believe in eating fresh and clean. If you want to get shredded, get used to being consistent and meticulous with your nutrition.
I track EVERYTHING I eat on www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/jcisaacs
Currently in my SUPER LEAN phase I keep my diet extremely basic. Oats, eggs, turkey, chicken, fish (tilapia & flounder), spinach, brocoli, & asparagus. Variety may be the spice of life, but it won't give you a 6-pack :) If your nutrition is ON POINT you don't have to kill yourself with hours of cardio!
My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program
Yeah...I dig supplements
I currently take a thermogenic fat burner, glutamine, whey isolate protein, and creatine. I also use a pre-workout when I need it :). Pretty basic, but gets the job done!
My Motivation Program View My Full Motivation Program
I want to be strongest, faster, fitter, and more powerful!
While having a bomb diggity physique is obviously a goal of mine, becoming a TRUE ATHLETE is really my goal. I have decided to give competition a try and I just can't wrap my head around "off-season". For me, there is no off-season! I don't want to just look strong, I want to be strong! I like to set lift goals and also take my training out of the weight room. I'm up for any sport, any challenge! Let's go.
jessicaisaacs Decided to go ahead and compete in a German show on Sunday. Should be interesting!
8 hours ago | Likejessicaisaacs Hey folks...I posted a video in my Video Gallery of my 90 sec individual routine for the show I competed in on Saturday! :)
May 20, 2013 | Likejessicaisaacs Put up a blog about my journey to the stage in my Body Blogs if interested in checking it out ;)
May 19, 2013 | Likejessicaisaacs created a new BodyBlog entry "Journey to the Stage: My First Show".
Phew! I survived! Yesterday I competed in my first Figure Competition. For those unfamiliar with Figure Competitions, think Bodybuilding, in strange fitting bikinis, with smaller softer physiques, in high heels, and glamoured up. For spectators that have not competed or known the process of a competition, they may think the athletes on stage are women that watch what they eat and spend a lot of time in the gym. This is true, but the process is so much more than that.... Go to BodyBlog
